Who May Apply: All current active Florida Wing Members of the Civil Air Patrol and/or those eligible and willing to become Florida Wing Members of the Civil Air Patrol who meet the qualifications listed below.

Minimum Qualifications: The minimum qualifications for the position are the following: (1.) Hold the rank of 1Lt and be promotable; (2.) If cadet, have completed the Level 4 training; (3.) Be enrolled in the Logistics Specialty Track, Technician or higher (206); (4.) Be available to attend various staff meetings, briefings, seminars, and job specific training courses varying in length and location; (5.) Be able to meet the high integrity standards of the position; (6.) Be willing to commit to a minimum of two years in the position; (7.) Be familiar with all CAP directives, with particular emphasis on the Constitution and Bylaws, CAPR 77-1 and CAPR 174-1; (8.) Possess effective and efficient oral and written communication skills; (9.) Possess a basic understand or ORMS and its capabilities; (10.) Be willing to perform all the duties of the position as listed below.

Desired Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications in addition to those above: (1.) Have completed Level I of the Senior Member Professional Development Program; (2.) Be enrolled in the Logistics Specialty Track, Technician or higher (206); (3.) Have some experience in working with ORMS; (4.) Have experience with updating basic database information; (5.) Have a working knowledge of E Services.

Duties:

Assists the A4 in the management and direction of all functions related to implementation of the CAP Management of Vehicle Maintenance within Florida Wing as it relates to the facilitation reconciliation of finacial matters concerning maintenance.
